I’d read the previous reviews and was a bit worried when I booked the restaurant for my mum’s birthday dinner. I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The service is great, the food is amazing, my steak was perfect, so juicy. I’m still dreaming about it. All in all, we all enjoyed our experience there, definitely worth checking out. They must have taken the bad reviews seriously and changed their ways. Will definitely be going back.

Such bad reviews on here, but I really did enjoy my experience at The Steak Out. The manager passed by our table twice, before and after food. So maybe they took the negative reviews seriously and decided to do something about it (as they should). All in all I would definitely recommend this place.

Food was not served hot. Two dishes of chicken had to be sent back to be properly cooked. The t-bone was way too fatty. Waiters not visible enough. Environment is esp. nice for kids

The food wasn't wow and was also a bit on the pricey side... But the service and ambience was fantastic...

Midweek dinner for seven meat eaters and one vegetarian. Setting is lovely and parking ample. We only ordered water and beers, but it took long before drinks arrived. Food took ages to come as well and there was nothing to nibble on while we waited. Three meat dishes were cooked to order, one was overdone and one too tough to eat. The vegetarian curry was nice, but came without chapatti or kachumbari and ksh 1300/- for a tiny bowl of curry with some rice is ridiculously expensive. We'll probably will visit again when staff and kitchen crew has had a few months to settle in.
