It was the most terrible service I have ever received especially during this age of wide choice of hotels to go. On arrival the waiter sat us down and left the menu on our table without bothering to take our orders. I had to request for service regularly from different waiters other than the one who was attending to us. Her reception was rude and service unmatchable to the standards of the restaurant.
if you need a reservation to eat at this place then why not just say so?walked in and were shown a place to sit to wait for a table. 30mins later still waiting and no one talked to us. we had a small child who was obviously hungry upon asking if there was any chance at getting a table a less enthusiastic waiter encouraged us to leave! and we did and will never go back! also notices several pple walked in and were given tables. maybe we were not of the correct colour!
So after many many visits i had to write about this one visit. Went with a group on Saturday morning for brunch. The waitresses were on the slow side which the manager noticed and acknowledged even offering 3 free desserts without solicitation. Now that's how you keep customers coming back, make them forget the hiccups. Two years later and she is still doing it right. Keep it up Ms. Manager!!!!! Local neighborhood favorite.
I finally made it here for dinner. Of late with the crazy weather, it is very cold and since it an outdoor kind of place they give you the masaai shukas to help you warm. I loved the place from the time i entered, the ambience is awesome . I had pork chops with fries while my date had steak with fries. The food was delicious, large portions and affordable. The waiter who served us was very attentive and in great help when it came to decide what to eat. Sadly, i didn't get his name but we totally enjoyed your service sir. I would totally recommend this place but just come dressed up real warm
The ambience is awesome. Staff are very friendly. They have very tasty red snapper dishes. I recommend the pan fried red snapper.
