Teriyaki JapanKCS House Mama Ngina St, CBD, Nairobi
Third time, I’m visiting the place. I ordered a capuccino. I waited for exactly 25 minutes but I thought it’s probably coz it was lunchtime and the staff was busy. The young lady serving me the coffee was wearing skimpy shoes. One shoe half ‘stepped on’ on the heel. The capuccino was definitely made using instant coffee and I hated it. I had to leave. Afew days later, I visit the restaurant and enquire more about their capuccino, the lady behind the cashier desk acknowledged that their capuccino is made of instant coffee. (If I wanted instant, I wld do this at home obviously) I order black coffee and a chiken pie which takes 15minutes to serve even with zero customers at the place. The girls are however smiley which is a good thing. I believe this place could do better.
First time I visited the place it was really good. Comfortable, very chilled out. But it seems every other time I go back standards drop a little bit more. Maybe its more customers but logically the more customers you get the more the services should be improved. On the contrary I have seen some things taken off the menu which I preferred to the current ones. And the noodles, haha, I am taking a break from those. Fries are the safest bet. The greens too, na uh
