Worst Eating/service experience i've had in my whole life. Passed by to have family dinner as we were taking one of us to the airport. 7.10pm. 10min, no waiter. Finally one comes and i ask for a quick soup first for the hungry 3 year old. Another 10min. Waiter has disappeared. Complain at counter. Wait 5 min. Other waiter comes. Takes orders. No sign of soup. 8pm, no food. Complain at counter. Told food is coming. 8.25pm. Another trip to counter. Spring rolls appear. 8.45pm. More complaints at counter. Informed there are no noodles.... 8.50 rice dishes appear, we ask for food to be packed. Running late. So, because we were already seated, with hungry kids, we kept thinking, the food is coming. But really!?! The waiters don't care much. I had read a review here about awesome service and waiters......i don't know. Were the waiters attacked by Whitewalkers between then and now??? And how can you inform customers if the unavailability of an item over an hour after they ordered it? Why is this restaurant even operating? This is not even bad service. It's non existent service. Bad bad baaaaaaad idea. Like, don't go here. At all.
I overall love this place, the food and the service were great, went with my former boss for a client meeting and we ended up closing the deal we were after. I really want to try the forest road outlet as well.
I prefer the starters to the mains, though mains have not been that bad.
The service here is very good and the waiters are very friendly. The food is well done and it tastes quite fresh. They have good portions too.
