The food was lovely - treat for the eyes and taste buds. The service was brilliant. Only qualm is where the main bathroom door is situated. Ladies, word of advice, the mysterious things you do when you get to a full length mirror - maybe you shouldn\'t in this case :-)
I did not get the sweet wine requested during reservation but they excused themselves for not availing it.Passed briefly on Valentine\'s evening and sure enough, they had stocked up on sweet white wine. They need to improve on their mezze though. On the menu, they talk of pickled onions and other ingredients but you are presented with a kachumbari and some cauliflower and a tiny portion of hummus for a meal,we complained and they at least added the hummus, because we thought if that is the portion for a meal, what is the starter portion. Also for the pork chops,it was well done but thought a single small size chop at over ksh.1000 was abit pricey.Other than that,no major complaints.....
I chose this location for my birthday dinner and to be honest, I had very high expectations but was disappointed hence my dull rating. I had made a booking for a party of 5, the ambience was ok, the venue was empty, BUT the music was really loud we had to close the door. It was a Monday (not a Friday!) Starter: Loved the samosas especially the dip. I'd highly recommend that. The Calamari was also quite tasty and well done. Main Meal: Out of the 5, only 3 enjoyed their meal which were red snapper and beef fillet. The rest of us who ordered lamb chops got meals which lacked flavouring and character, we highly doubt the chef even took any effort to make it a meal worth paying for. The sauce for the meat was just horrid. That is what killed the meal much further. The mashed potatoes were so bland I struggled to finish it. To be honest, after the first bite we wanted to pack up and head to Talisman which is the closest of our favourite restaurants and eat real food. I could not continue eating it after couple of bites. The staff was kind enough to pack for me the lamb chops in a takeaway bag which I took home to cook it again. I was still hungry but I was not going to eat such bland paid food!!
Staff: They were responsive and willing to hear our comments about the food and gave us free dessert, which was really nice of them even though it wasn't necessary.
Overall, we are not sure if the kitchen was having a bad day but we are definitely not going back. Fortunately there are many more restaurants which offer much much better food. If you would like to have a meal here, please go for fish or beef.. avoid lamb chops at all cost!!!!

The food could definitely have been better. The steak I had was below standard for such a place. Everything else was ok.
