Java House Kimathi StreetClyde House, Kimathi St, CBD, Nairobi
I hate that they don't have enough space , so crowded and less seats plus what made me disgusted most is the fact that customer experience is so whack and awful being told one minute from the manager to the waiter Michael and Victorine on Wednesday 17th at 1406hrs and 1538hrs waiting till I left with my tip at 1617hrs
The booth I was given was dirty with a wet floor nevermind this was one of those days the place isn't so packed. After switching tables, the wait staff were either unable or unwilling to get me a working pepper grinder and my request for tabasco sauce was ignored.
My partners chicken was good though my salad was wilted and the portion of cheese and mushroom on my burger was less than usual.
It's a brilliant location so it is a shame the service isn't as good as it used to be.
A great place as usual with the Java Brand, Food never disappoints, try their spicy meals ;) the human traffic however could be countered by you going at some off peak food hours to enjoy the ambiance. Friendly staff as well. Loved it!
Nice location, too bad it gets packed at times. Slow service and slow WiFi. Not tried their food yet, with all this talk about worms and snails in their salad, who ca blame me?
Can get packed at times. I find the service slow, they are friendly however.
