Delicious Ethiopian fare! As we were a group we had a mixed meat and veggie platter with fried chicken. The food was absolutely amazing! Nice and fast service as well!

As you walk into Habesha, the aroma of rosemary burning infuses your senses. The ambiance is great, the decor simple. The outdoor seating is better than the inside. It's a great place to visit with a group of friends for pocket friendly ethiopian food which is good. I do however find that they're a bit heavy on spices and the next morning you know you had spicey food. It always gives you a bit of a runny belly.

In comparison, Abasynia ethiopian resturant is equally good for ambiance, serve and value. The food is just as good and the amount of spice they use is just right and the plus point for me is no morning after runny belly syndrome. So, I have to say that Abasynia is my favourite here.

On what to order...enjoy a bottle of sparkling ethiopian water that is traditionally had with a bit of coke in it...on food I love the lamb shekla tibs, the shiro, the kifir all of which comes on a large Injira. Here the eating is with your hands and the whole table eats out of one huge plate
