First of all, I hope that the correct person does read this review as this one is going to be honest and from someone who believes in customer service. I had planned to use my discount coupon (unfortunately, one of my friends gave it to me) for a lunch with my wife. As mentioned in the coupon, I did call the hotel a day prior and inquired about the menu for Sunday. I was informed about the "Wonderful" buffet served in the hotel everyday and how special the Sunday buffet usually is with a wide variety of dishes on offer - from Chinese, to Indian to Italian. I was told that the Sunday brunch is the most "elaborate" with many more cuisines on offer. Good job there lady - you convinced me to waste my money on one of the most disappointing menus ever on offer.

Service - Proactive. The waiters were proactive in picking up the plates even before you could finish your meal. They are also pretty well trained in staring at the customers while they are enjoying the meals.

Food - The food was terrible. In what was supposed to be an elaborate menu, turned out to be a monotonous affair. Dishes cooked just to fill the menu does not serve the purpose. If you call yourself a world class hotel, then at least start with the basics - the food. For example, you cannot just add Dal Tadka just for the sake of putting in an Indian dish. That was totally terrible. 70% of your menu was Kenyan (which is an excellent cuisine and I can always cook at home), there was no Chinese dish and the only saving point was the dessert offering.

Value for money - 3 / 10.

I wouldn't have written this review if the menu would have been well balanced, elaborate and at least tasty. One last tip, if your team wants a tip or two on how to cook basic Indian or Italian food, please feel free to contact me. You may also use Google and You Tube to update the culinary skills of your team.

Animals!! proceeds to have an internal freak out They just stroll leisurely as you sit at the balcony umm eating. They could have fed me gruel and I wouldn't have noticed. Kidding, or am I? Anyway, the food was pretty good and I loved the ice cream. Service was great. Definitely going there again and again. For the animals. Ok and the food

If you're looking for a place to have family brunch, this should be one of your options. You'll actually find yourself staying there long after that's done. I recommend moving it to the terrace (waterhole) once you're done. It's the perfect place to sit and watch the sunset if you stay there long enough.
