The food was well presented and bursting with flavours. The ambience is quite tranquil. The staff are far too kind. Second time visiting here the experience is worth every penny

I was there for NRW2017 and i enjoyed their 3-course dinner. Tasty, filling and well presented. The service was great too! This was my second time at Artisan and can confirm they were consistent.

The food is very very good. Had the Oriental Style Chicken salad which was amazing. The Slow cooked lamb leg was soo tender. The dessert was my best part of the dinner, the cinnamon ice cream!! WOW!!! On the down side , the service was slow and the parking fee is ridiculous.

This has to be the best of my experiences in Nairobi Restaurant Week. I had the Oriental Style Chicken Salad. Nothing prepared me for the awesomeness that was this starter - it was so delish!! For the main I had the slow cooked lamb leg. It was okay. Part of this problem is that when the starter is so good, the main needs to be excellent. But it tasted really good. Had the fresh fruit with lemon sorbet. This was awesome, best dessert this week. On the service, it was average. There was a lot of time between meals but I've begun appreciating this time because it allows the food to settle and allow for conversation in between meals (we were a large group). The ambience was good but the one major problem in had with Artisan is that their servers have zero capability to handle large groups of diners. They were slow and looked confused. You can imagine the nightmare that happened with the billing and the confusion of the servers, trying to add up. IT was a total mess, we ended up having to stay for about 30 more minutes sorting this out. Additionally, it is really ridiculous that there isn't validated parking. I've spent money on a meal and then I pay for parking in your premises. This is a joke!!!

Enjoyed the ambiance and the food was amazing. Service was a bit slow until you complain and no validation on parking.

The ambiance is great and the food is delicious and served just right. But the service was very slow and they charge a pretty penny for parking.

Being the foodie that I am, I did not want 2016 to descend on me without sampling Artisan's food. The ambiance was very calming and breathtaking all in one sitting. My colleague and I waltzed in and immediately, someone came to usher us to our respective seats. The attendant was very quick, friendly and collected. We made our orders and they were brought in in no time, the wine though a bit too pricey did an exotic dance with my pallets and the salmon was made just right and in the perfect portion. If you want to have a relaxed beautiful afternoon, this is the place to be, plus the view is not too bad!!

I enjoyed myself. However, please do have a session of piano background music, someone playing live. Also, my friends and I were surprised that we had to pay the parking fee? Surely, at a hotel? Why? We've given you damn good business by spending in the hotel!! Reconsider. Plus, update the advert by removing the free parking and placing the paid parking sign on the advert. Otherwise, keep it up!
