Despite the lunch crowd, we had amazing service. The thin crust pizzas were the really good. Great lunch option and the portions are enough, ate and took some with us. Will be back.
Based on the fact that it's a cafeteria located in a busy mall I guess they are doing what they can to provide a decent experience. The food is below average but the cakes and sweets are really nice, quick service although it's a busy area and decent prices.
The menu is unimpressive and lacks in variety. Ordered grilled chicken with butternut mash and steamed vegetables. The chicken was too thin and too dry. The steamed vegetables were bland and too raw. The butternut mash was the only thing they go right. I've always avoided Art Caffè restaurants and I should have kept away this time as well
Been to Art caffe three times. Two of out of the three times, my order was messed up. The first time I went there, I had breakfast. Ordered pancakes which took a while to come. They were too soft and broke into pieces; anytime I tried to pick up a piece with the fork, it would just fall all over. Second time was fine because I only ordered a cuppuccino. My third and last time was a disaster. I ordered a 700 shilling bacon sandwich and there was more bread than ever. The chunks they gave me were so huge and was given 3 tiny bacon bits with a lot of lettuce. I had to complain to the manager before something was done. After this I no longer feel like giving the restaurant a try. Their staff is also not empowered to give solutions for issues raised and just say "this is how it's always been". It a nice place to meet friends or work but It has honestly changed made me skeptical about the other branches.
Work on your Blueberry cheesecake, seems to be falling apart once you try and scoop for a bite.
