Jay's Review ‹ Back to 360 Degrees Artisan Pizza
Went here with a close friend of mine over the weekend. I loved the ambiance at the Rosslyn Riviera outlet. Very stylish and a comfy hangout. Unfortunately, off their #NRW2019 menu, there's not much to praise. The shoestring fries were okay, but the truffle was plain, no flavor at all, we had to add salt and pepper to at least have some taste. The butternut squash ravioli pasta was good. I was surprised that the Memphis chicken pizza was as bland as it was. Our main concern was that almost all the dishes were unseasoned, so we really didn't have any actual flavor to enjoy... We didn't have any of the desserts, because they didn't have them on that day, but they were kind enough to offer us a scoop of ice-cream.I had a salted caramel, my friend got chocolate. That was nice. The valpolicella wine served with the meal was really good, so that must have been the highlight of the whole experience. Apart from all that, the waiters are attentive and courteous. If I go again, I hope the experience shall be different; better.
