Tuesdays and Saturdays plays host to the well credited 'Bubbly Breakfast'. A glass of bubbly, alcoholic or non alcoholic, greets each guest at the entrance of the restaurant followed by the aroma of freshly baked breads, sizzling bacon, hot dishes and loads more.
On Wednesdays and Saturdays, guests get a treat of local flavours with the renowned Swahili Breakfast theme along with the international spread of breakfast temptations. When in Mombasa, do as the Mombasians do. Indulge in the local Swahili delicacies every Wednesdays and Saturdays, with the likes of freshly fried Mahamri, Mbahazi (pigeon peas) cooked in creamy coconut sauce, tenderly flavoured samosas and packed potatoes and finish off with a steaming cup of kahawa (coffee) or chai (tea) and sweet treats of Kaimati and Kurosha Mramba (groundnut praline slice).
Least to mention, a rotating menu of freshly squeezed juices including the health benefiting hibiscus juice, fresh fruit smoothies and variety of health juices including the body cleaning carrot and ginger blend. You will truly feast like a King at Pavilion Restaurant.
The Lunch Affair:
After a long morning in the sun or a lunch meeting or just for a hearty lunch, Pavilion will not disappoint! A spread fit for a King yet again.
Start with a delicious soup of the day and move on to the refreshing salad bar packed with varieties of salads, dressings and toppings to kick start your lunch affair at Pavilion. The buffet style setting will tame even the fussiest of palates. With the choice starting from Indian curries with rice and chappati and condiments to match, to the perfectly mashed potatoes, garden fresh vegetables and not forgetting a hint of local cuisine with Ugali and Kenyan greens.
The Live cooking station hosts varieties of fresh hot cooked fish, barbecued chicken and pasta made to order with your choice of sauces to complement your tastes.
